All Sales Final
Because Oasis Energy Drink is a consumable product, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Once approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement order at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged product.

Items purchased through retail stores or third-party sellers (contact the retailer directly)

Limited-edition or promotional items (e.g., BOGO, holiday sales) unless damaged/defective
Retail Purchases
If you bought Oasis Energy Drink in a store, please work directly with that retailer. We’ll only cover manufacturer defects with proof of purchase.
